Does anyone know how to make a good solid punching bag? - punching bag filler
What materials do you use? What kind of fillings? How to pack? And how do you ensure that the channels of the upper part of the bag?
Or am I better to buy just one of those cheap $ 40? To be honest, I do not trust, but nobody had any experience with them?

Filled with sand. But not all the way, or it might hurt at the end of the hand.
