My son is a diabetic, I also enjoy meals low in carbohydrates. Breakfast, eggs, bacon or Canadian bacon and eggs, sausages. Peanutbuttersandwich and milk. Low-sugar cereals like Corn Flakes, Kix, Special K.
Lunch, wholemeal sandwiches, breakfast meats pallets of cheese.
Almost no snacks in carbohydrates are the cheese sticks, sugar-free gelatin or popsicles, beef jerkey, peanuts, vegetables, lunch meats pallets.

Hope that helps a little

Roast pork and eggs
Ham, egg and cheese sandwich
Portions of meat, cheese, eggs. not too many fruit juices.
Peanut Butter for children, big rear end, I still love it.

I have also tried your diet for my son, 6 yr.old 's. change
I wish I could have started earlier, or even knew. eat now no help at school and at lunch, they offer breakfast, but I prefer to eat it for breakfast. Schools to give them something other than garbage HTE morning Poptart, muffins, juice, cereal bars, which is a bowl of cereal happened? Milk?

Good luck with that, and hope that your school system faces the problem of sugar in your school. it really is an epidemic. Sugar is soo bad for children, adolescents and adults.

I love a good breakfast smoothie ... and known generally as a dessert, so I think it has to be very popular with children.

You can really creative with them ... Add any fruits or vegetables that you want. The good news is that you do not make too much about the exact proportions. One of my favorite combinations is as follows:

About 1 cup soy milk (protein awesome)
About 1 cup unsweetened orange juice with calcium (pineapple also good) works
6.10 carrots (do not worry, it will not be able to test)
5-6 frozen strawberries
1 ripe banana
Ice Cubes 6.10

Put all ingredients in a blender and a cup. It can even help you add funny things in the blender.

Fiber is impressive, it is free (of cholesterol and less fat) and rich in nutrients and the sweetness comes from the non-refined sugar. You can also use rice milk in my opinion, a little sweeter than most soy milk. If you are a bit more fresh fruit, pineapples, for example, the sweetener will not be addedrequired.

Other fruits that are good: apples, peaches, mangoes and fruits of all kinds, you can also vegetables such as broccoli or vegetables. Coconut milk is also a good alternative to soy milk or rice. Add some nuts like almonds actually a little crunchy and adds more protein. Good luck!

Check out Barry Sears book "Eating in the Zone
A good breakfast for a young girl would be, 4 egg whites with 3 slices of bacon and Turkey 1 / 2 oatmeal.
If the mixture of proteins and carbohydrates, which makes oats. Rolled oats in a protein and to obtain the benefits of both. Add a piece of 1 / 2 eggs, fruits and cooked in olive oil. Since I do not know your eating habits or their daughters likes and dislikes, this is an example of what Sears offers in his book. There are creams, food and children on the list.
